An insulation nail welding machine is a kind of heating equipment specially used for insulation construction. The principle is to use high temperature to melt the welding nail and then weld it to the base layer and fix the insulation material to the base layer through a strong mechanical connection.
The material of the insulation nail is usually metal, which is melted by means of electronic melting. There are two main ways to heat the insulation nail welder: one is to use the electric current through the wire to generate heat to melt the nail; the other is to generate high-temperature gas through compressed air to heat the nail to the melting point.
