Material: 65Mn, Stainless steel
Surface treatment: galvanized passivated Fe/Ep.Zn8, dehydrogenated, if other surface treatments are used, an agreement shall be made between the supplier and the buyer.
Corrosion resistance test: The number of hours to be exceeded before red rust spots are generated on galvanized passivated hoops shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.
Elasticity test: clamp or other tools to clamp the two lugs of the hoop against each other, and then release to the free state, repeated 5 times in a row, check the diameter of the hoop D size change is still in the standard within the dimensional tolerances.
Brittleness test: Hold the two lugs of the hoop close to each other in a vise or other tool for more than 24 hours. During and after the test, the hoop should not produce cracks and fracture phenomena.
Surface defects: The appearance of the hoop should be clean and smooth, with no harmful defects, such as flying edges, burrs, scratches, cracks, rust, and zinc layer flaking.
Acceptance and packaging: Qualified quality level of dimension D AQL=1.5;
The qualified quality level of performance test AQL=0.65;
The qualified quality level of the remaining items is AQL=4.0.    

Constant-Tension Spring Clamps for Firm Hose and Tube
Not as bulky as our other constant-tension clamps, these round-wire clamps easily fit in cramped spaces. Use in low-pressure applications.
Clamps automatically expand and contract with your hose or tube in response to fluctuations in temperature. They are for firm plastic and rubber hose and tube.
For single spring clamps, use the optional spring clamp pliers to install and remove the clamps.
Double-spring clamps spread the clamping force more evenly around a hose or tube than single-spring clamps. However, the clamping force is lower than the single spring clamps. To install and remove the clamps, use optional straight-nose pliers.
Zinc-plated steel clamps have fair corrosion resistance.
17-7 PH stainless steel clamps have good corrosion resistance. They are heat treated, so they are stronger than steel to better retain their hold.
Note: When choosing a clamp, measure the outside diameter of your hose or tube without the fitting installed.

Packing: The inner packaging consists of polyfoam, while the outer layer is a carton. The carton sizes are 29*19*19.5 cm and 23.5*17.5*8 cm, respectively. The pallet dimensions are 215*100*90 cm, or they can be customized according to your requirements.
