Miniature Medium-Pressure Stainless Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings
When space is at a premium choose these compact fittings. Though small in size, they have the strength to handle medium-pressure applications. The fittings are stainless steel for very good corrosion resistance. Metric, BSPP, and UN/UNF (SAE Straight) male threads have a gasket to protect against leaks. Made from fluoroelastomer, these gaskets resist chemicals, including benzene, butyl alcohol, and ethylene glycol. A PTFE seal on the tube end of these fittings allows for an extra-strong connection in high-vibration applications. The threads on the tube end are Class 3A and adhere to tighter tolerances than other 37° flared fittings. They are made to exact AS (formerly AN) specifications and provide a tight metal-to-metal seal on tubing that is flared to 37°. Fittings are 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. They require a nut and a sleeve (ferrule) for each tube end. Nuts and sleeves are sold separately.

Terminal ferrule direct head is widely used in oil refining, the chemical industry, petroleum, natural gas, food, pharmaceutical, instrumentation, and so on.
Terminal ferrule direct head installation method:
1, saw off the appropriate length of seamless steel pipe, and remove burrs at the port. The end face of the tube should be perpendicular to the axis with an angular tolerance of not more than 0.5°. If the tube is to be bent, the length of the straight line from the end of the tube to the bent part should not be less than three times the length of the nut.
2, Put the nut and ferrule on the seamless steel pipe. Pay attention to the direction of the nut and ferrule so that they are not reversed.
3. Apply lubricant to the threads of the pre-assembled fitting body and the ferrules, insert the tube into the fitting body, (the tube must be inserted to the end), and tighten the nut by hand.
4. Tighten the nut until the ferrule is seated on the tube. This turning point can be felt by increasing the tightening torque (pressure point).
5, After reaching the pressure point, tighten the compression nut 1/2 turn.
6, Remove the pre-assembled fitting body and check the insertion of the ferrule edge, the visible protruding band must fill the space on the end face of the ferrule. The ferrule may be rotated slightly, but must not be pushed axially.
7. For final installation, lubricate the threads of the actual fitting body and tighten the compression nut until a perceptible increase in tightening force can be felt. Then tighten another 1/2 turn to complete the installation.

Packing: The inner packaging consists of polyfoam, while the outer layer is a carton. The carton sizes are 29*19*19.5 cm and 23.5*17.5*8 cm, respectively. The pallet dimensions are 215*100*90 cm, or they can be customized according to your requirements.
