Example: A type clamping hoop with D=68 mm is determined by 66 mm + 2 mm = 68 mm within the specification range of 66 mm ~ 110 mm.
②, in D size roundness tolerance: D ≤ 80 mm, roundness tolerance of 2 mm; 80 mm < D < 220 mm, roundness tolerance of 3 mm; D ≥ 220 mm roundness tolerance of 4 mm.

The clamping hoop shall be disassembled into parts and jointly subjected to a salt spray test for 480 h. After the test, the surface shall be free from white, gray-black, and other corrosive substances.

The assembly torque is determined by the sealing medium, hose packing, and operating conditions, but should not exceed the specified guaranteed torque.
