The flange connector shall be disassembled into parts and jointly subjected to a salt spray test for 480 h. After the test, the surface shall be free from white, gray-black, and other corrosive substances. Supplying the friction side of the band allows a small amount of lubricant, and a lock nut at the end of the T-bolt, and should be locked and should not fall off. According to the sealing medium, sealing packing, and working condition determine the assembly torque, but should not exceed the specified assembly torque.

The bolt design creates a 360° seal to prevent leaks. Clamps have rolled edges to protect the hose and tube. They’re best for soft hoses and tubes but also work with firm hoses and tubes. Clamps with a T-bolt have better strength than clamps with a straight bolt. Do not exceed the maximum torque or clamps may be damaged.
Galvanized steel and zinc-plated steel have fair corrosion resistance.
304 stainless steel and 300 series stainless steel have very good corrosion resistance.

Packing: The inner packaging consists of polyfoam, while the outer layer is a carton. The carton sizes are 29*19*19.5 cm and 23.5*17.5*8 cm, respectively. The pallet dimensions are 215*100*90 cm, or they can be customized according to your requirements.
