Material:Stainless steel SUS304.316,Carbon steel ,Brass
Product Specification
Ordinary brass; has extremely good plasticity and high strength, good cutting and machining performance, easy to weld, and very stable to general corrosion, but prone to cracking.
Aluminum brass; has high strength; corrosion resistance is the best of all brasses, corrosion rupture tendency is not big, low plasticity in cold state, and good pressure machinability in the hot state.
Iron brass; has strength, high hardness, and good cutting, but plasticity declines, only in the hot state pressure processing, corrosion resistance is still good, but corrosion rupture tendency.
Purple copper: a relatively pure copper, generally can be approximated as pure copper, electrical conductivity, and plasticity are better, but the strength, and hardness are worse.
Compared with other metal materials, aluminum alloy has a low hardness, so cutting performance is good, but at the same time this material is also due to the low melting point, the characteristics of ductility, very easy melting on the finishing surface or cutting tool, but also very easy to produce burrs and other shortcomings. Heat-treated or die-cast aluminum alloys also have high hardness. The general HRC hardness of aluminum plate is below 40 degrees, which is not a high-hardness material. Therefore, CNC aluminum parts machining process, the machining tool load will be small. In addition, aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity, and the low temperature required to complete the cutting of aluminum parts can greatly improve the milling speed. Aluminum alloy has low plasticity and low melting point. CNC aluminum machining has poor chip removal performance and high surface roughness. This requires CNC machining factories to mainly solve the two problems of fixed cutting-edge, machining surface quality, you can solve the problem of aluminum alloy machining
