Grip Rings

A clamping retaining ring is a kind of part commonly used in mechanical transmission, used to clamp the connection between shaft and bearing, shaft and fasteners. Its role is to ensure that the mechanical parts of the connection are firm, to prevent the shaft and bearing or shaft and fasteners from loosening, so as to ensure the normal operation of the mechanical devices.    

(1) Clamping function: The clamping retaining ring can clamp the connection between the shaft and the bearing or the shaft and the fastener to prevent them from loosening. Clamping retaining ring generally use countersunk head bolts for fastening, so that it is in close contact with other components of the equipment machine, to ensure a close connection between the parts.
(2) Transmission of load: the clamping ring can also withstand and transmit the various loads generated by the operation of the equipment, such as axial tension, radial load, torque, etc., so as to ensure the normal operation of the mechanical device.
(3) Adjustment function: Clamping retaining ring can adjust the clearance between the shaft and bearing or shaft and fasteners through the adjustment of loosening and tightening bolts, in order to realize the adjustment, calibration, and optimization of the equipment transmission system.

Packing: The inner packaging consists of polyfoam, while the outer layer is a carton. The carton sizes are 29*19*19.5 cm and 23.5*17.5*8 cm, respectively. The pallet dimensions are 215*100*90 cm, or they can be customized according to your requirements.
