316 Stainless Steel Carriage Bolts: All of our 316 Stainless Carriage Bolts have rolled threads for strength and up to 6" of thread length. Lengths 6" or less are fully threaded, and lengths over 6" will have 6" of thread.

Please don't settle for a lesser alloy; these passivated 316 Stainless Steel (A4) Carriage Bolts, or coach bolts as they're often called, are far more corrosion resistant than their 304SS (A2) counterparts due to the higher nickel content and the addition of molybdenum in the alloy. If your carriage bolts are used in a marine or otherwise corrosive environment, upgrading to 316SS over 304SS is a worthy investment.
Big box stores often sell inferior stainless alloys simply labelled as "stainless" without naming the alloy.
