Low-Pressure Stainless Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings
Use these fittings in a low-pressure pipeline.
Fittings that meet ANSI/MSS SP-114 adhere to high-quality standards for heat treating, material thickness, and marking. SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel fittings have excellent corrosion resistance.
Plugs with magnets attract metal debris that could otherwise damage your system.
Plugs with copper washers form a tight seal to prevent leaks. Also known as a crush washer, the washer compresses and deforms to fill gaps when tightened. Because it loses its shape when compressed, it’s not reusable. Made of copper, the washer resists rust. These plugs meet DIN 908 or DIN 910, international standards for pipe plug dimensions.
NPTF (Dryseal) threads and NPSL (National Pipe Straight Locknut) threads are compatible with NPT threads.

Class 150 threaded stainless steel fittings connect with medium-pressure (300-999 psi) pipe. Threaded pipe fittings are threaded on both connection ends. Female threads are on the inside of a fitting. Male threads are on the outside of a fitting and screw into the female threads. Threaded connections include NPT (National Pipe Thread) or BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper), and PTFE tape is used to secure the seal. Type 304 stainless steel, a chromium-nickel material, resists corrosion caused by water, heat, saltwater, acids, minerals, and peaty soils. Type 316 stainless steel has a higher nickel content than 304 stainless, plus molybdenum, for even more excellent corrosion resistance.

1. These fittings are strong enough to handle extreme pressures, yet small enough to fit into cramped spaces. They are galvanized steel, which has fair corrosion resistance. Use these fittings for low-pressure applications in noncorrosive environments.NPTF (Dryseal) threads, NPSC (National Pipe Straight Coupling) threads, and NPSL (National Pipe Straight Locknut) threads are compatible with NPT threads.NPTF (Dryseal) threads are compatible with NPT threads.
2. With better strength than our low-pressure iron and steel pipe fittings, these can handle medium-pressure applications. They are for use in noncorrosive environments. The galvanized finish on these fittings provides fair corrosion resistance. Fittings are for use in low-pressure applications.
3. High-Pressure Iron and Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings These fittings can stand up to high-pressure applications. Use them in noncorrosive environments. Phosphate-coated and zinc-phosphate-coated fittings offer some corrosion resistance but aren't intended for corrosive environments.
