Thread accuracy: The thread accuracy after bolt surface treatment should meet the requirements of 6h in GB/T 197.

Mechanical properties: 1. Carburized bolts. Carburized layer depth: 0.10mm~0.25mm;

Core hardness: 320~350HV;

Tensile strength: 1050~1180MPa;

Yield strength: 940~1100MPa;

Guaranteed stress: ≥850MPa;

Tooth surface hardness: 370~390HV;

Surface hardness: ≤390HV;

Metallographic structure: the microstructure between the carburized layer and the core should not show banded hypereutectoid ferrite;

Teeth Strength: The teeth cannot be peeled off or damaged after the teeth are pressed into the plate and withdrawn, and the teeth cannot be rotated before the bolt is destroyed.

2. Quenched and tempered bolts: core hardness: 34~38HRC;

Tensile strength: 1080~1180MPa;

3. Zinc-aluminum coating quality: The basic color of the zinc-aluminum coating is silver-gray, and it should be uniform and continuous without defects such as missed coating, air bubbles, peeling, cracks, pitting, and inclusions. There is no obvious local excessive thickness, and the coating will not change color, but a slight color difference is allowed.

After the coating is tested for adhesion strength following clause 8.3 of GB/T 26110-2010, the coating must not peel off or expose the bottom, but the tape is allowed to change color or adhere to a little zinc and aluminum powder.

4. Corrosion resistance: The product should not appear red rust after 720 hours of neutral salt spray test. The thickness of the zinc-aluminum coating should be 10μm~25μm. The coefficient of friction should be 0.14~0.20. Bolt surface defects should meet the requirements of GB/T 5779.3.
