Definition of E-type open-end retaining ring

The open-end retaining ring is also known as the open-end snap ring, open-end snap ring, open-end snap ring, and E-type snap ring. Open retaining ring shape opening into E-shaped, usually used to limit the axial position of the bearing, can prevent the other parts mounted on the shaft from tampering. Otherwise, it may lead to friction between the bearing and the retaining ring to produce resistance and wear. Fixing other parts on the shaft: An E-type cotter retaining ring is used with a cylindrical pin to select the parts.

1. Choose the appropriate E-type circlip, according to the diameter of the shaft and hole, to ensure that it can firmly connect the shaft and hole; check the E-type circlip; before installation, check the E-type circlip for damage, deformation residue, etc., to ensure that it is intact.

2. Preparation of tools: Prepare to install E-type clamp tools required, such as external pliers, internal pliers, etc. Installation of E-type clamp: The E-type clamp will be installed according to the requirements of the shaft and the hole. Use external or internal pliers to compress to the appropriate position of the E-type clamp.

3. check the installation; after the installation is completed, check whether the E-type clamp spring is correctly installed, whether there is displacement, deformation, etc.; test connection; after the installation is completed, test the connection to ensure that the shaft and hole connection is firm and reliable.
