Self-tapping steel screw sleeve installation does not require pre-processing of the thread; you can rely on its self-tapping threads on the work piece to process the thread, with the ability to resist vibration to prevent loosening. At the same time, surface treatment can be carried out to improve corrosion resistance and commonly used 302 type self-tapping screw sets, 303 type thin-walled groove type self-tapping screw sets, 307 and 308 type three-hole self-tapping screw sets, pin screw sets, and so on.
4. For rail transit vehicles operating under vibration impact loads, many anti-loosening measures, such as commonly used lock washers and lock nuts, are needed.
Lock washers often have conical embossed washers, hemp surface lock washers, VS washers, CS washers, double-stacked lock washers, two-layer elastic washers, three-layer elastic washers, and so on. Most lock washers apply adjustable friction type lock washers and double stacked lock washers using structural type lock washers, according to different installations and occasions, to choose the appropriate installation for the washers' needs.
5. Lock wild are divided into all-metal series lock nuts or non-metallic insert series lock nuts.
