Press rivets offer higher reliability and more excellent holding power than extruded, tapped, or pressed threads. It is mainly used for sheet metal where good pull-out forces and torque loads are required, as other methods cannot ensure a secure fixing.

Advantages of Press Rivet Technology

By cold-flowing material under pressure into the fastener's annular grooves, riveted fasteners can be securely fastened to malleable sheet metal, locking it firmly into place. This technology offers numerous advantages:

4 Provides high push-out and spin-out forces. The reverse side of the sheet metal remains flush

5 Cleaner, more environmentally friendly process, no weld spatter, and low energy consumption.
