The application of plate spring nuts in steel structures is extensive. Plate spring nuts mainly fasten the connection, fixing, and positioning between steel structure components, making them the primary connection fasteners. Plate spring nuts are generally divided into ordinary and high-strength plate spring nuts.
1. High-strength plate spring nuts in the performance level can be divided into 8.8 level (or 8.8s) and 10.9 level (or 10.95). According to the different construction and construction methods of plate spring nuts, high-strength plate spring nuts can be divided into two categories: sizeable hexagonal head high-strength plate spring nuts and torsion-shear high-strength plate spring nuts.
