A blind rivet nut is a connector with internal threads, usually made of steel. It is similar to a hole, with a conical end and an axial aperture perpendicular to the end. It is mainly used for connecting workpieces with holes and is suitable for steel plates, aluminum plates, and alloys. A blind rivet nut is a nut that is fastened and associated with the connected parts by blind riveting form, which is now widely used in the assembly of electromechanical and light industrial products such as automobiles, aviation, instruments, furniture, decoration, and so on. 1. The wire is cut to form a preset blank, and the preset blank is shaped;

2. molding the upper part of the preset blank with a preset head set point;

3. a first bore and a rod flower tooth are counter-extruded within the preset head through said head fixing point, thereby realizing the first bore molding;

4. counter-extruding a second bore within the lower portion of the pre-determined blank, thereby molding a second bore;

5. finishing the diameter of said head flange and the first chamfer where said rod portion meets said head flange to form the head flange;

6. pre-determined blanks being formed into a plurality of molded ribs by plastic deformation of the material to form a pre-determined blind rivet nut having a plurality of molded ribs;

7 The pre-determined blind rivet nut having molded ribs is heat treated, tapped, plated with zinc-nickel alloy neutral salt spray for 720 hours, environmentally friendly colored zinc neutral salt spray for 196 hours, and coated with adhesive to obtain a finished blind rivet nut.www.juxinfasteners.com
