1. Also known as machinery eyebolts. Zinc-plated steel eyebolts offer good corrosion resistance. Galvanized steel eyebolts have a hot-dipped finish for more corrosion resistance than zinc-plated steel.
304 stainless steel eyebolts are more corrosion-resistant than galvanized steel.316 stainless steel are the most corrosion-resistant eyebolts. Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. Eyebolts with the shoulder can be used for angular lifting up to 45°, but the capacities will be significantly reduced. For angular lifting, we recommend Hoist Rings. Eyebolts without shoulders are for vertical lifting only. Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

The eyebolt screws are forged by temperature hardening. Sling screws are forged as a whole and are normalized and oxidized skin removed; the forgings are free from over-burning and cracking defects; the screws are uniformly hardness-tested, with a hardness value of HRB67~95. the strength of Liguan's sling screws grade is 12.9 grade.
Sling screws must be installed vertically on the plane of the workpiece, the joint surface should be flat and the joint should be tight. The screws must be adjusted to the direction of tension and avoid contact with sharp-edged objects.
Sling screws have to pass the test load for the working load of 2.5 times, which is 1.5 times the working load for the 20,000-times fatigue test. Sling screws to meet or exceed the requirements of ASME B30.26 standard. Sling screws from alloy steel by high reference to the German RUD WBG type production, this product is exported to Europe and the United States, better material, higher tension screws, provide a tension test report. Sling screws must be operated by professional personnel, and please refer to the instructions for use, when connecting with the spreader, it should keep the spreader and the ring connecting part rotating freely, and it should be inspected by professional personnel regularly for safety. Maximum working load is up to 30T, and can be customized with inch thread.
