1) Power Battery Module System

4) Thermal management system
There are four main types of thermal management systems: air-cooled, water-cooled, liquid-cooled, and phase-change materials. 5) BMS
BMS: Battery management system The Battery management system can be regarded as the "brain" of the battery. It is mainly composed of CMU and BMU.
CMU: The cell monitor Unit is responsible for measuring the voltage, current, and temperature of the battery and other parameters, equalization, and other functions. When the CMU measures these data, the data will be transmitted to the BMU through the battery "neural network" mentioned earlier.
BMU: Battery management unit. It is responsible for evaluating the data transmitted by the CMU. If the data is abnormal, it will protect the battery by issuing a request to reduce the current or cut off the charging and discharging paths to prevent the battery from exceeding the permissible conditions of use. At the same time, it also manages the battery's power and temperature. The previously designed control strategy determines the parameters and states that need to be warned, sends the warning to the whole vehicle controller, and finally conveys it to the driver.
