Steel Stud Anchors for Concrete, Also known as wedge anchors, the base expands as you tighten the nut for a secure hold in concrete. They're often used to anchor machinery. Pull-out strength and shear strength values are 25% of the ultimate values.

ROHS Zinc-plated and zinc yellow-chromate-plated steel anchors are corrosion-resistant in wet environments. Galvanized steel anchors are more corrosion-resistant than zinc-plated steel anchors. They must be used with other galvanized fasteners. ICC-listed anchors are often required for new construction. Anchors listed for cracked concrete are often required in environments that may cause concrete to crack during the life of the anchor. Often referred to as four-way expansion anchors, these expand in four directions to resist loosening from vibration. To install, tap into a drilled hole with a hammer and position your fixture. Then, insert a screw or threaded rod and tighten it. Pull-out strength and shear strength values are 25% of the ultimate values.

Steel alloy 1045 is a versatile medium carbon alloy, ideal for parts that require strength and impact resistance. Due to its higher carbon content, it has higher tensile strength. 1045 has excellent ductility and toughness.1045 has a machining cost factor of 3.0 when compared to steel 12L14. It is not ideal for welding or forming due to its higher carbon content. 1045 responds to heat treatment extremely well, but it is not ideal for case hardening.

Packing: Inner is Poly foam, out is carton. Then pallet. Carton size: 29*19*19.5CM and 23.5*17.5*8, CM and pallet size is: 215*100*90CM, or as your requirement.
