Brass Material characteristics are as follows:
1. High strength. Copper is a profile of copper raw material. Due to the characteristics of copper, this profile must have high strength, can maintain a stable structure in use, and is not easily damaged by the outside world in terms of structure.
2. Patience point. Thanks to the characteristics of copper, copper profiles have better tolerances and are not easily deformed and broken under the influence of external forces when in use, and other undesirable phenomena. With this aspect of superior performance, there is a naturally good performance in lasting applications.
3. Good ductility. With its outstanding ductility, copper profiles can effectively resist the adverse effects of external forces and use this characteristic to prevent damage by external forces, thus showing stable and reliable applications.
4. Stable structure. The overall structure of copper profiles must be very stable. Through this structure, the profile can be used stably and reliably and always perform its function properly.
5. Long service life. Copper profiles have a long service life with a wealth of properties and many favorable features that can be used to prevent the adverse effects of various external elements.
Copper rivets are used in riveting to join components of a workpiece by utilizing their deformation or interference fit connection. Common types of copper rivets include semi-round head rivets, flat head rivets, countersunk head rivets, semi-tubular rivets, solid rivets, bifurcated rivets, step rivets, and more.
Applications:
1. Semi-round head rivets are mainly used in riveting situations with large transverse loads and have the widest range of applications.
Countersunk head rivets, due to their enlarged heads and corrosion resistance, are commonly used in highly corrosive riveting situations such as ship hulls and boiler water tanks.
2. Countersunk and 1200 countersunk rivets are primarily used in riveting situations that require a smooth surface and do not involve heavy loads.
3. Flat-head rivets are used in riveting situations with general loads and are commonly used in riveting machines and equipment.
Flat or dome head rivets are mainly used for riveting thin metal sheets or non-metallic materials such as leather, canvas, and wood.
4. Large flat-head rivets are primarily used for riveting non-metallic materials.
5. Semi-tubular rivets are mainly used in riveting situations with low loads.
6. Blind rivets are primarily used for riveting non-metallic materials.
Characteristics of copper rivets: Copper has low electrical resistance and excellent conductivity, making it necessary to use copper rivets in certain electrical appliances such as light bulbs to avoid affecting the product's performance.
Copper rivets have an impressive appearance and good corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in fashion garments, bags, and shoes.
Copper has good compressive strength, and durability, and is easy to rivet, resulting in excellent performance in many products.
