Precision parts surface processing:

1. On the surface layer of precision parts processing, there should not be scratches, abrasions, and other shortcomings that damage the surface layer of the parts.

2. The production and processing of the external thread surface layer should not allow black skin, bumping, messy buckle and burr, and other shortcomings. All steel products that must carry out spraying must have rust, oxidation skin, vegetable grease, dust, sand, salt, and the waste removed from the surface layer before painting.

3. Before antirust treatment, remove vegetable grease and stain from the surface layer of steel products with organic solvents, caustic soda solution, emulsion breaker, steam, etc.

4. The interval between the surface layer to be coated by shot blasting or hand-made antirust treatment and the top coating should not exceed 6h.

5. The surface layer of riveted parts touching each other must be coated with thin and thick 30-40μm anti-corrosion paint before joining. Steel lap edges using paint, putty powder, or binder closed type. Because of the production process or welding destruction of the top coat, to spray again.

Packing: Inner is Poly foam, out is carton. Then pallet. Carton size: 29*19*19.5CM and 23.5*17.5*8, CM and pallet size is: 215*100*90CM, or as your requirement.
