Product Specification

Carbon steel is mainly composed of iron, carbon, and a small amount of alloying elements has a certain strength and toughness and is relatively easy to process. Carbon steel is divided into three categories: low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, and high-carbon steel. Among them, low-carbon steel is suitable for mechanical structural materials and manufacturing processes with general business and low difficulty. Medium-carbon steel and high-carbon steel are suitable for hardness and Parts with high strength requirements.

Features of CNC machining:

If combined with the automatic loading and unloading method, it is a basic component of an uncontrolled factory. CNC machining reduces the operator's labor, improves labor conditions, eliminates marking, multiple clamping and positioning, inspection, and other processes and their auxiliary operations, and effectively improves production efficiency.


2. Adaptability to CNC machining objects. When changing the machining object, except for changing the tool and solving the blank clamping method, only reprogramming is required, no other complex adjustment is needed, shortening the production preparation cycle.

High machining accuracy, stable quality, machining dimensional accuracy between d0.005-0.01mm, not affected by the complexity of the part, because most of the operations are done automatically by the machine therefore, improve the size of the batch parts, in the precision control of the machine also uses a position detection device to further improve the accuracy of precision CNC machining.


4. CNC machining has two main features: one is that it can greatly improve the machining accuracy, including machining quality accuracy and machining time error accuracy; the second is the repeatability of the machining quality, which can stabilize the quality of processing and maintain the quality of the processed parts.
