Precision parts of the sealing solution:

Technical standards after deep machining:

1. Precision parts placed after deep machining should not be immediately put on the road, the necessary support points, and safeguards should be used.

2. The production and processing surface is not allowed to have rusting and harm characteristics, service life, or appearance of bumping, scratching, and other shortcomings.

3. Extrusion molding depth processing of the surface layer, extrusion molding can not have molting conditions.

4. After the final process heat treatment process of the parts, the surface layer should not have oxide skin. Through the depth of processing with the surface, the tooth surface should not have quenching

Packing: Inner is Poly foam, out is carton. Then pallet. Carton size: 29*19*19.5CM and 23.5*17.5*8, CM and pallet size is: 215*100*90CM, or as your requirement.

1. Usual packing: By pearl cotton/bubble bag/plastic wrap + carton box, 0.5-10kg/carton box.

2. Special packing(for large part/large quantity order): By pearl cotton/bubble bag/plastic wrap +carton box+wooden box.
