Application guide.

1、When choosing the self-clinching standoff, must be based on the thickness of the plate used, indeed the size range, mild steel plate hardness must be less than 70RB, and stainless steel plate hardness must be less than 80RB.

2、Free cutting iron surface treatment, stainless steel to maintain the original color, the user can order according to the needs of the model specifications in the table, but also according to the need for special order.

3, the plate hole size must be processed according to the tolerance size of 0-+0.075mm, it is recommended to punch.

4、Installation must be achieved by "pressure riveting" operation, not impact knock-in.

5、When stainless steel is selected as material, the tail number is indicated by "S".

6、The end face of the self-clinching standoff is straight grain teeth with "C".
