Lock nut installation: The assembly of the precision lock nut is simple, using a hook wrench or insert wrench to tighten with the rated tightening torque, the necessary tightening torque depends on the necessary pre-tightening. When pre-tightening the body of the nut, firstly, the locking screw should be gently tightened by the hexagonal wrench in turn until it feels obstructed. 3. Disassembly: The nut without a locking pin can be disassembled by loosening the locking screw, while the nut with a locking pin is not loosened to engage the shaft thread even if the locking screw is loosened.
