Polypropylene 2.5% molding temperature: 160-220℃
PP is a crystalline polymer, the lightest of the commonly used plastics, PP density is only 0.91g/cm3 (smaller than water). Polypropylene has good stress cracking resistance and high bending fatigue life. Disadvantages of Polypropylene: low dimensional accuracy, insufficient rigidity, poor weather resistance, easy to produce "copper damage", it has the phenomenon of post-shrinkage, after demolding, easy to age, brittle, easy to deform.
Polypropylene plastic sheet refers to polypropylene, which is a polymer made of the propylene polymerization reaction and is a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance. It is tasteless, environmentally friendly, and healthy, with excellent resistance to moisture absorption, acid, and alkali corrosion, and resistance to dissolution.
Polypropylene plastic sheet processing precautions:
1. Sensitive to oxygen at high temperatures, its melt should be avoided to contact with air as much as possible, and the melt should be avoided to contact with copper.
2. Low mold temperature, fast cooling of the melt, low crystallinity, good toughness and transparency of the product, but easy to produce internal stress. High mold temperature, slow cooling, stable crystallization, and low internal stress, but the product molding shrinkage is large, and transparency and toughness are reduced.
3. Due to the large shrinkage, the mold should have a certain slope of the mold release, generally 0.5 ° ~ 1.5 °, with complex shapes larger values. Should also set up appropriate exhaust holes and slots to avoid poor exhaust.
4. The dependence of Polypropylene melt viscosity on the shear rate is greater than the temperature dependence, so injection molding can be increased by increasing the injection pressure to increase the fluidity (injection pressure is usually 70-120MPa).
5. The glass transition temperature of Polypropylene is very low, and post-shrinkage will occur after demolding (generally completed mostly within 24 hours after the molding process), and the amount of post-shrinkage increases with the increase of product thickness. For products with high dimensional stability requirements, Polypropylene plastic sheets should be heat treated (80-100℃/1-2 hours) before processing. It can also be used for industrial boards, catering equipment, communication equipment, medical equipment, and other industrial industries.

Packing: Inner is Poly foam, out is carton. Then pallet. Carton size: 29*19*19.5CM and 23.5*17.5*8, CM and pallet size is: 215*100*90CM, or as your requirement.
