1. Aluminum is an active metal that typically exists in compound form in nature. When exposed to atmospheric corrosion, aluminum forms a light gray, dense oxide film in humid air, which acts as a protective barrier against further corrosion of the metal. Corrosive pollutants do not contaminate the surface of aluminum or spread to adjacent surfaces. In industrial applications, anodizing is used to further strengthen the aluminum surface, improving its hardness and wear resistance. The anodizing process not only enhances corrosion resistance but also provides protection against abrasion and scratches. Anodized coatings can be chosen in various colors to meet decorative requirements.

2. The material used is 6061-T6 aluminum. Custom anodized colors offer a wide range of options, with a strong texture and high aesthetic appeal. The resulting products are visually pleasing, radiant, and stylish. Anodized aluminum alloy fasteners have excellent scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and high surface hardness. They are resistant to stains, leaving no fingerprints when touched, and do not fade. They also exhibit excellent fire resistance, anti-static properties, dust resistance, and UV resistance, among other advantages.

These screws are widely used in industries such as mechanical manufacturing, power transmission, automotive production, and aerospace, and have become the third most important industrial base metal after copper and iron.


After anodizing, the aluminum alloy shell will produce a layer of corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and beautiful oxide film on the surface, and the characteristics of the oxide film have accordingly established the position of anodizing in the surface treatment process. After the anodic oxidation is approved, the aluminum alloy shell adopts a protective layer "coat". Because the chemical properties of the anodic oxide film are very stable in the natural environment, it can provide corrosion protection for the aluminum alloy shell. At the same time, the anodic oxide film has high hardness, low roughness, and smooth surface, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the aluminum shell. If various organic and inorganic dyes are added during the anodizing process, the anodized film will be colored, giving the aluminum shell a beautiful appearance.
