Applications:

2, after carburizing treatment is generally used for the surface wear-resistant, core impact-resistant heavy-duty parts, gas wear resistance than quenched + surface quenching high.Provide CNC turning processing, CNC turning and milling compound processing, CNC processing, automatic turning processing, cutting processing, machining, hardware processing, non-standard parts precision processing, stainless steel parts precision processing, industry professional equipment processing, other mechanical processing, casting machining, thread cutting processing, metal processing, etc.
Characteristics:
1. a high-quality carbon structural steel, medium carbon steel, carbon content of 0.4% or more, not high hardness easy to cut and process, usually by hot rolling or cold rolling forming;
2. tensile strength > 686MPa, yield strength > 490MPa;
3. tempered hardness between HRC20-HRC30, tempered to ensure superior mechanical properties, but the surface hardness is low, not wear-resistant, and cutting performance will be reduced;
4. hardness between HRC55-58 after quenching, the limit value can reach HRC62, but will reduce the original mechanical properties;
5. carburizing treatment can improve surface wear resistance;
6. Generally use quenching + surface quenching to adjust the hardness of the surface treatment of the parts, making a good overall performance.
Commonly used surface treatment, heat treatment methods:
1. quenching;
2. quenching + surface quenching;
3. carburizing;
4. black zinc plating;
Disadvantages:
1、Surface is easy to rust, rust resistance is much worse than stainless steel and aluminum, there are clean room requirements occasions can not be used.

Packing: Inner is Poly foam, out is carton. Then pallet. Carton size: 29*19*19.5CM and 23.5*17.5*8, CM and pallet size is: 215*100*90CM, or as your requirement.
