But it should be noted that food grade 304 Compared with ordinary 304 stainless steel, stainless steel has stricter content indicators. 1. Stainless steel shaft machining accuracy

(1) dimensional accuracy: the dimensional accuracy of stainless steel shaft parts mainly refers to the dimensional accuracy of the shaft diameter and shaft length. According to the application requirements, the dimensional accuracy of the spindle journal diameter is usually IT6-IT9, and the stainless steel journal can also reach IT5. The length of the shaft is usually the nominal size, and the length of each step of the stepped shaft can be given the corresponding tolerance according to the user's requirements.


(2) Geometric accuracy: Shaft parts are usually supported by two journals on bearings. These two journals are called support journals and are the basis of the shaft assembly. In addition to dimensional accuracy, geometric accuracy (roundness, cylindricity) of the support journals is usually required. For journals of general accuracy, geometric errors should be limited to the diameter tolerance. When the requirements are very high, the permissible tolerance values should be separated on the parts drawing.


(3) Mutual position accuracy: the coaxially of the matched journals (drive component journals) in the shaft parts relative to the support journals is the general requirement for their mutual positioning accuracy. Usually, for shafts with ordinary accuracy, the radial runout of the support journal with matching accuracy is 0.01-0.03mm, while the high-precision shaft is 0.001-0.005mm. In addition, the mutual position accuracy also has the coaxially of the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, as well as the perpendicularity of the axial positioning end face and axis requirements.
