Installation steps:

1、Punch the corresponding mounting holes on the thin plate.

2、Place the plate on the base of the tooling, and align the hole of the plate with the hole of the base.

3、Put the positioning pin into the opening of the sheet.

4、Set up the riveting parameters and press down evenly.

5、Rivet the positioning pin on the thin plate to complete the installation.

Positioning pins need to be chamfered during installation. The pin and the positioning hole have high precision and small clearance, and the chamfering is convenient for the pin to enter the positioning hole for guidance.

Designed so that a P.C. board or component can be quickly slipped into place and then removed sliding the board sideways and lifting it off. Typically, several JX-SKC standoffs are used with one standard threaded standoff which accepts a screw to secure the board or component against any unwanted movement.
