1, the stainless steel body structure of the main features

5. Roof: The roof is formed by roof beams, corrugated roof panels, and air conditioning flat roofs. 6. 1. 1, the coefficient of thermal expansion is large. The coefficient of thermal expansion of stainless steel materials is about times that of carbon steel, making the same heat when welding its deformation than ordinary steel deformation is much larger.
2, the thermal conductivity is low, about 1/3 of carbon steel. so the heat generated by welding can not be quickly dispersed, a large amount of heat is gathered in the weld area. The austenite organization of stainless steel is unstable at high temperatures, at 500 ℃ ~ 800 ℃, the carbide of Cr in steel will precipitate along the grain boundaries, making the grain boundaries near the grain boundaries due to the decline in the amount of Cr and grain boundary corrosion, while the yield strength and tensile strength will drop sharply.
