Aluminum alloy hard anodizing:
Aluminum alloy parts' hard anodizing usually also becomes hard oxidation, which is a kind of anodizing with higher requirements for the wear resistance of the workpiece oxide film, generally can be divided into:
(1) Sulfuric acid hard anodizing method;
(2) Oxalic acid hard anodizing method;
(3) Mixed acid hard anodizing; if not specified, it generally refers to sulfuric acid hard anodizing.
Material: Aluminum and aluminum alloys, the common ones are: 2A12, 5052, 6061, 6063, 7075, etc.; in addition, cast aluminum alloys, such as ADC10, ADC12, A356, A380, etc., are often hard anodized; For deformed aluminum alloys with copper content greater than 5% or silicon content greater than 8%, or high silicon pressure casting aluminum alloys, when doing hard anodizing, some special measures for anodizing need to be added, for example: for 2XXX series aluminum alloys, to avoid the aluminum alloy being burned during the anodizing process, 385g/L sulfuric acid plus 15g/L oxalic acid can be used as the electrolytic bath solution, and the current density should also be The current density should be increased to more than 2.5A/dm.
Aluminum alloy aviation machining parts hard anodizing process flow:
1. aluminum workpiece → on the hanging tool → degreasing / chemical oiling → cold water cleaning → alkali etching → water washing → light / electrolytic polishing → water washing → hard anodizing → hot water washing → deionized water washing → (dyeing or electrolytic coloring → water washing → deionized water washing) → closed → cold water washing → under the hanging tool → blowing water → drying → quality inspection → oiling → packaging → shipping;
2. aluminum alloy machined parts hard anodizing, usually the whole process takes more than 3 hours, mainly with electrolyte concentration and temperature much lower than ordinary anodizing (ordinary anodizing solution temperature is generally around 20 ℃, while hard anodizing is only about 5 ℃), resulting in the production of the oxide film is very slow, and, the thicker the oxide film, the longer the time required;
3. Unlike ordinary anodizing, hard anodizing of aluminum alloy medical equipment parts requires an additional last process, oiling, which can make the surface appearance of the film smooth and delicate to the touch, but the original color of the workpiece has no oil feeling;
4. CNC aluminum alloy machined parts black hard anodizing, a frequent problem is that there will be water residue, the cause of which is due to the blowing of water, there is water residue in some through holes and blind holes of the workpiece, not completely blown dry (mainly or too anxious, not handled clean)! Therefore, in the most black anodizing, be sure to blow the water dry, preferably into the oven again, to fully remove the water. Because the residual water stains, after some time, will not be able to erase, only the workpiece rework; and the rework of the workpiece, will affect the tolerance size of the workpiece.
