A welding nut is a nut that fits on the outside of a weld nut, is usually made of a weldable material, and is thick and suitable for welding. Welding combines two separate parts into a single part, melting the metal at high temperatures and then, after the mixture has cooled, adding an alloy in the middle, which is internally a function of molecular forces and is usually stronger than the strength of the base. The welding parameters experiment depends on the weld size of the weld and is adjusted according to the weld size until there are no defects. Of course, the quality of the weld is related to the treatment before welding (e.g. dust and oil removal).
The welding nuts, the grooves around the weld protrusions, and the remaining material after welding are absorbed by the grooves around the weld protrusions (especially around the weld protrusions), thus providing excellent welding nuts. The welding nut is in close contact with the iron plate. It is the material of the workpiece to be welded (same or different). By heating and/or pressure, the workpiece material with or without filler material can reach an atomic structure and form a joint. Welding nuts have internal threads and are fasteners that can be used in combination with bolts. A mechanical part has threads for use in combination with a screw to transmit motion and force.
The welding nut includes a nut body having an end including a serrated portion and a second end, the serrated portion is provided on a radially external surface of the nut body, and the length of the serrated portion is the length of the nut body. The radial direction is constant. The positioning post is on the surface of the serrated portion, and the surface faces one or two ends. When using the solder nut to solder parts such as printed circuit boards, excess solder penetrates between the teeth of the serrated part, thus avoiding tilting of the solder nut and bonding between the solder and the teeth. Uniform stress is applied to the solder nut. In addition, the positioning post reduces the torque on the solder nut during assembly and prevents the solder nut from falling off the PCB board.
