Product Specification

Machining centers produce products from bar stock using up to 12 axes of motion. Our multi-tasking machine tools create cost-efficient small parts in both large and small volumes. CAD/CAM capability - Many parts of the milling production process, from the creation of tooling to the finished output of our CNC machining centers, Versatility - The portfolio of CNC milling services includes components made of many CNC material types; including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, and other metals and plastics, to meet the specialized needs of customers, aerospace, automotive, medical, appliance, food/beverage and more.Compared to galvanization, zinc-nickel alloy exhibits significantly improved corrosion resistance. Under the condition of an equal coating thickness of 8μm, after passivation and sealing treatment, it can achieve 240 hours of surface without white rust and 1000 hours without red rust. Additionally, it meets the requirements for high-temperature resistance. However, zinc-nickel alloy still has a slight susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement. For automotive fasteners with a tensile strength greater than 1000 MPa, necessary verification is required before use to reduce quality risks.Variety Optimization of Automotive Fasteners:

Nuts: The use of hexagon flange nuts produces the same effect as hexagon flange bolts. If the structure allows, hexagon flange nuts should be prioritized. For positions with special anti-loosening requirements, consider using effective torque locking nuts, such as all-metal locking nuts and non-metallic insert locking nuts. It should be noted that all-metal locking nuts, which rely on thread deformation for locking, are not suitable for frequently disassembled positions. Non-metallic insert locking nuts have good reusability but, according to fastener standards, their application temperature should be ≤120°C. It is important to confirm the torque requirements for effective torque-locking nuts as the installation may require additional torque to overcome nut deformation or the force generated by non-metallic inserts. Simply using the torque value of ordinary nuts may not provide sufficient clamping force and could pose risks.

Auto parts mainly include engine parts, transmission system parts, brake system parts, steering system parts, driving system parts, and electrical instrument parts.

1. Automotive Transmission parts: mainly consists of the clutch, transmission, universal joint, drive shaft, and drive axle.

2. Automotive Braking system components: braking system can be divided into a running brake system, parking brake system, emergency brake system, and auxiliary brake system. It is generally composed of two main parts: the brake operating mechanism and the brake. The brake mainly has two structural forms: drum brake and disc brake.

3. Automotive Steering system components: mainly composed of the steering wheel, steering shaft, steering column, etc.

4. Automotive Walking part: it is composed of a frame, axle, suspension, and wheels.

5. Automotive Electrical part: mainly consists of two parts: power supply and electrical equipment, the power supply includes battery and generator; electrical equipment includes engine starting system, gasoline engine ignition system, and other electrical equipment.
