1. Structure of the wiper: The wiper assembly consists of an electric motor, gearbox, four-bar linkage mechanism, wiper arm spindle, wiper blade assembly, etc. When the driver presses the wiper switch, the electric motor starts, and the rotational speed of the motor is reduced and transmitted by the worm gear and worm mechanism to drive the pivot arm. The pivot arm drives the four-bar linkage mechanism, which causes the pivot shaft installed on the front bulkhead to swing left and right. Finally, the pivot shaft drives the wiper blades to sweep the windshield.
