In the process of electroplating zinc, the workpiece, which has been degreased and de-rusted, is immersed in a dedicated plating bath and hung on the cathode, while zinc is used as the anode. By connecting a DC power supply, zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode and discharge on the cathode, resulting in a layer of zinc coating on the workpiece. The process of electroplating zinc is simple and requires common equipment. By using the electroplating zinc method, a protective layer containing zinc is obtained, which enhances corrosion resistance and extends the anti-corrosion lifespan by 4-6 times. The electroplating zinc process is used to protect metals from corrosion, does not affect welding, and can improve the quality of welds.

1. Environmentally friendly trivalent colored zinc: Corrosion resistance testing can reach 72 hours without white rust and black rust, and 196 hours without red rust.

2. Trivalent chromium black zinc: Corrosion resistance testing can reach 96 hours without white rust and black rust, and 250 hours without red rust.

Material: Steel 1045 Machined Parts

Steel alloy 1045 is a versatile medium carbon alloy, ideal for parts that require strength and impact resistance. Due to its higher carbon content, it has higher tensile strength. 1045 has excellent ductility and toughness.1045 has a machining cost factor of 3.0 when compared to steel 12L14. It is not ideal for welding or forming due to its higher carbon content. 1045 responds to heat treatment extremely well, but it is not ideal for case hardening.
